me said: Hello ny name is [xxx], I am not sure if this is the right form to be filling out or whether there is a direct email to corporate Microsoft but I am going to be detailing my experiance with my Xbox Support call that I had the other day. My Xbox life account got suspended 2-3 days ago for "payment issues" which when I did some further investigation did not seem right at all so I decided to call the support number that is listed on xbox.com to try to resolve this issue, upon calling the service desk I was greeted by a customer service agent (whose name I cannot recall) and after some lengthy talk was informed that the charges that are on my account were because of a problem that incurred because their system would not charge an amount to my card (which by looking at my bank statements was not true as the charges were there the whole time) The customer service agent said fairly bluntly that he would not be able to take the charges off my account (even though I had previously stated that the charges indeed did process!) I was then informed that he would be able to cancel the account as a gold account and I would have the chance to pay off the past due balance at my discretion while being able to access my account on a silver membership, at this point I decided to escalate the problem to a senior agent (the supervisor) who after a few minutes told me the same thing and that the only way to get my account back to at least a silver account was to pay off the account (which the service agent before had NOT mentioned in his statement) I then was told that I would not have access to my account nor would I be able to take the card that is on the account off until I paid the past due fee which I feel that I should not have to pay for since the charges on my account are there!
I for one am not pleased at all with the level of service I was given and misinformation that I was given from one of your customer service agents and I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint about this company, I do not see how microsoft does not have a way to delete fraudulent charges off an account and I find this practice to be highly suspect, I will be talking with a lawyer friend of mine to see if there is any case in this as I do not feel that I should have to pay off a fee that should not be owed!
Do you think there is anything else I should add or if there are any different words I should use to make it sound better?

Edit: No offense, but that could be much better written... Also, you should call your bank and challenge the charges. Tell them that the company has no record of the funds.

This could probably be said in a better way...but for now that's how I would fix it lol

The only reason i'm going to draw this out and report them is cause I've known a few friends who have had this happen.
Also usually they just pay you off with a year or so of xbox life so meh. :p

Sav did a good job at that paragraph. The phrase "lawyer friend" seems very sketchy and doesn't look good for your side.
Maybe you could bullet point or make your story into steps so it's easier to understand the process of what happened.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
