Flat rate boxes are usually 2 days 3 tops I think, IDK you'd have to ask Meshi he knows that better than the rest of us.

I'm going to say if it's something small and sweet, yes. If you are thinking something big or dramatic, no, she might think you are trying too hard or think she's expected to make it up to you.
As for what to send, do you know what her favorite flower is? Or her favorite sweet? A single bloom of her favorite flavor is a much sweeter and more personal gesture than a bouquet of them. So say, one pink rose or whatever she likes. If she likes a certain candy, that's always good. Or you could do something as small as taking her out for coffee and listening to her problems. Listen, but don't try to fix them. That's where guys usually go wrong. Girls don't always want a logical list of things they could do to end their problems, they just want someone to pay attention to them and listen.

Oh Xueye! That is so sad. :-( You should tell her that. Not the ship has sailed part, it's mildly corny, but that she's the one you care about the most. But if you do tell her, do it gently, in between talking of other things.
For the record, I'm being over-dramatic. We were an awful couple. Two inexperienced, socially awkward kids that thought we were as deep as Shakespeare's finest for each other.

If you don't take the initiative to speak your mind both of you will just drift further apart, and it will just be another door closed to a possibly great relationship. The more you ponder if you should or should not do it the faster that she moves on with her life. I've let it happen to me more than once and I regret it.
