I've quit soda since I switched though, it's made a world of difference, I stopped because of my hatred of sinus infections.
I've since still smoked cigarettes occasionally, but it's nothing to the level I did before.
It's actually more back to how much I used to smoke with I was a casual-smoker lol.
Smoking inside is what made me get more into being a smoker though I've noticed.

Since I've been off the caffeine beast I've had a lot more energy during the day.

I quit drinking soda about 2 months ago, it's made quite a difference for sure.
I now just drink flavoured water or just straight up water.

My plan is to get back into an exercise routine and kinda use those Endorphins to quit the dip because it's easier to push thsoe craves awya if you're being active....but my knee is slowing me from doing that for the time being lol...hopefully my follow up appt with teh actual specialist will go better and I can get this knee sorted out

But I have headache medicine that has caffeine in it for that.
So I'm not fully off of caffeine in a way, but it's to a more healthy amount...it could get worse...maybe I just have it built up in my system...not too sure lol.
