Even if it is refurbished (most likely is) it's working fine for me. Plus when my contract runs out this POS is outta here!
Edit: Though mine was under manufacturer's warranty, so it might be new.

My very first Cell phone was one of those old nokia phones that looked like this: No matter how many times I drop it and How high I drop it from, it never would break! Hell when I got my next phone (the *** Razr. Waste of money) it still worked! Then I got another nokia after that razor (a flip phone) and that lasted 2 years til the screen went out. Now I have a Samsung Exclaim. It's Meh. I like that it has a slide out keyboard. much easier to text with it. It's falling apart tho. The plug cover ripped off so i have to use duct tape. it freezes every month. and stuff like that. I like it still tho.
