My lolvista at home doesn't have it. Even though it was preinstalled on there.

Also can't get my windower to work on vista without it crashing every time I log on.

Hmm what do you think?

http://lincoln.craigslist.org/ele/1375066380.html

Either $200 new or this $50 used.

Why would anyone want to take a picture of a camera?

Thats like.......ironic, if you think about it.

Don't do it though, cause it sounds stolen.

Never buy anything outside of Ebay, cause at least you can blame them for selling stolen merchandise :D

Google translate is ok, its just hard to literally translate things to other languages, I'd love to learn Japanese.

Right click -> Run as administrator? Are you using 3.4?

Edit: oh it crashes randomly... well thats different.

Fail.

That's not very helpful. It's usually chatmon that makes it crash, but I've commented it out and it still crashes randomly. Dunno what's wrong with it so I'll continue playing on 360.
Yeah, run as admin. XP compatibility, try different versions of Windower. Each comp with Vista tends to like different versions and have problems with others. lol

Well make sure you download the lastest version of said plugins and try loading them one at a time from in the game:
//load expwatch
//load lightluggage
etc

Find out which one is crashing

Ohh! Thanks, that explains it. I'll just turn down the suck.

If turning down the suck doesn't work, you don't have the necessary language plug ins to read japanese characters

Correct. If you have an "unoffical" version of windows such as a copy of an original disk, it likely DOES NOT have Japanese standard if you're not on ROFLME or Vista. (Even vista might not have it). This is because you need a second disk that comes in the original packageing to download the data for Eastern Asian Countries, such as Japan, China or Korea.

It sucks, yeah.

Vista has an optional update with ~70 language key sets.

I'd still have to use a controller while playing on laptop anyway D:

I was in a nyzul group with a whm/sch who did this as well. Their controller died at the start of our run and they didn't know how to use ANY keyboard commands. Holy crap that was the most frustration I've ever had in any event.

Not only that, I explained how to use the keyboard to move around and they still refused to do so without the controller...

I just learned how to use the K/B on my laptop, but I tend to use a controller when it came down to missions, bcnm, exp pt and such. K/B to run around and farm since it's never treated like a life/death situation.

I bet they are nice. >< When I played on BLM, I never got around to figuring out /recast and how it worked, and being on 360 shafted me from that good stuff. Hitting a Freeze macro and seeing "unable to cast spell" got irritating, to the point where without even noticing it, I knew how many "Page slide" shifts were needed to see the freeze times via menu.

Although...nothing outweight the status icons and the distance icons. Those are just made of win. ;_;

As a person who has done A LOT of playing w/o windower and plugins and is now using it(Best part is I can watch TV as i plat :D), I can say that all it does is make it easier by a bit, woulda been nice to have as PLD for recasts, instead of going into the menus its on ur screen.

Lets you do over 6 line macros, and I swap ~12 pieces for WS and TP :x for more then 1 job lol.

EXP Watch is just nice to know(another you can just open ur menu, besides the exp per hr) Infobar is like- you don't need it but when you look at it(when u need it) you are glad its there, you generally know it all, but the ~XP is kinda cool(w/ lvl range) and occasional times you forget link/agg, Party TP is kinda nice if u don't want ur SC interrupted lol. etc, I like it, but the real reason I play on PC for now, I can watch TV (:D) I have my .dats :p, and I can parse when I want.

Wall-o-text lol, G'Mornin.

I <3 the controller, I use it for my PC. The keyboard I only use it if I was going to talk. And only used it for whm when I was lvling it for my sub. Other than that no thx, I like to sit back and relax. I have enough time using the keyboard for WoW. And sometimes i hate it :( just to talk on wow, is a task for me. and I forget I'm not on ffxi I hit keys and all the menus pop up :/

Oh I do use other ones, those were the three I use all the time. Distance, StatusTimer, Recast, LightLuggage, ExpWatch, TPParty, TimeStamp and I tried using spellcast but having some issues. I'm just sticking with windower macros for now still.

Edit: I keep forgetting timestamp is a plugin. I've had it for so long now. I guess thats also included in to the ones I use all the time =P
