There's two NPCs named Rashid. One in Bastok (Bastok Mines I believe) and one in Abyssea somewhere.

She should be in the hallway where the library is. If she's not there, then it's a Student Council day. She should be there on Tues/Thur/Sat since Student Council is Mon/Wed/Fri.
Of course you cannot talk to her during a Student Council meeting since it'll count towards that social link with that guy trying to find cigarette bandits and ***.

I find it funny how even on the female protagonist's story, you still have to be a genius to form a link with her. Yukari and Fuuka are instant, but she's like "lol yeah *** that. Get on my level."

i loved how in P3 if you actually paid attention in class you got rewards like intelligence up or charisma up and respect from your peers lol... pretty sure it carried over to P4 as well

Depends on who the question was directed to. If the teacher called on, let's say Chie, and you gave her the correct answer, your bond towards her would increase, lowing the amount of useless days spending time with her after school and jumping into the next Social Link tier.
Any regular question directed towards you would increase knowledge iirc.

Yeah >.> I slept in class a lot early on and told Junpei the wrong answers on purpose. Then I spent the whole last week before the midterm studying and paying at the shrine to try and boost my academics but I guess too little too late.

It's kinda random but a potential boost to academics each day you wouldn't get otherwise. If you leave school, pray/pay, go back to the library, and study at home you can get 3 in one day, not counting getting called on. I dunno if there are any other ones but maybe I missed some.
I just went to Tartarus and Junpei randomly didn't come along, his health was fine before I left, do people sometimes randomly not show up?

Fuuka has an option saying "Check everyone's status" when you talk to her in the dorm. That doesn't mean their health. She tells you who has plans that night so they cannot make it. Before exams, many of the crew studies. They can go out and do other stuff randomly, so be sure to ask Fuuka before each time you enter.
Of course if you were playing P3P, Junpei would be a waste of time since you can control everyone, lol.

Oh, I assumed you were moderately far. Fuuka is the support character you get that'll replace Mitsuru and you'll have Mitsuru for your own team. I heard she can be pretty...iffy. In P3P she's a goddess, but in P3 or P3:FES, her AI may be not as well. She tends to prioritize removing status effects over healing...

Yeah the AI tends to be tarded I have noticed. A lot of the time I tell them to standby and just stun lock things myself so they dont retard the place up.

I slept in class once just to see what would happen. Of course, again, in P3P you can stay in Tartarus for unlimited hours, making grinding incredibly easier. Just get a "Great" feeling and grind until the next blocked area.

Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.

Kungfu is the LS nutjob, spouting super random things that are usually sexist, until Savvy or Alyria comes into the room. Then he's a classic case of sexual harrassment. Rumaha is also true to the second part; we're wondering about his sexuality though.
Daj is Ludoggy's gay lover. Not much else is known about this Asuran. Tairo is kinda new, but since is a female and Alyria's lesbian lover, she fit right in real quick.
Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
