I am not sure, I don't really remember the first one, so can't really help you. Also, get sports games for PsP, like Madden 11, NBA 2k11, NHL 11, I really enjoy sports games for it, racing as well.

If you enjoy mindless grinding and want FFT on steroids, get Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days.
Tactics of the War lions is very good, I like it, I also have Star Ocean something something for PsP, also fun, RPGs are nice on it.
They released Disgaea on PSP? :O
