So get this, I've been working on this program in my spare time for little over a year now that predicts winning lottery numbers.
Today I made a huge step forward, I won the Midday Pick 3 and got $284.50. Only took 20 picks, which is $10.
Before that I've only been able to win like $2-$20 about 50% of the time.
Hopefully it works tomorrow too, lol!

Is that basically using a formula to keep track of which numbers are more likely to be drawn according to probability?
Luckily DVD-ROM drives for PCs give you the option to change the regional coding for it read discs up to 5 times.
Would be cool if there was some sort of hack that let you do it indefinitely.

There is free software you can use for that, then you never need to change it.

Eh, dvd-roms are cheap ($15-20) and there's plenty of optical drive slots in your average computer case.
But I'm not enough of a weeabo/importer to warrant having multiple drives for different region codes.

Like one time I only had $10 set aside. I was really in the mood for some vodka though. 1 Liter is $8.55 w/ tax which means only one lottery ticket. I normally don't play pick 3, usually the $1 ones.
So I made the logical choice, got the vodka, and 1 ticket, rather than 10 tickets. I'd be crazy to think with 10 tickets, surely I'd get some money back, lol!

I tried something similar at one time by keeping track of which numbers were drawn in previous results and then evaluating the probability of each number to be drawn in the next round, but in the end probability is something I'm very skeptical about, in theory it should work if they all have an equal chance of being drawn, but at the end of the day it is just a theory and each number has the same chance as the rest each time they game is played :/
