First time I went I stayed in Massepequa ( my first drive thru gas station experience) lol
last time I was there I stayed in spanish harlem ~.o

Used to live in Albany for a few years so I was close-ish
Dated a NYC Firefighter so I made frequent trips into city =)
Also did some of my best photography work there ..the city is a never ending canvas for my camera!

I do those things, actually! My challenge is to make them more permanent, which is why I has therapists to help me fix all the abuse I took from men over the years. I'm fine till someone scares me, then I revert to PROTECT MEEEE mode. xD
Homeless really scare me. Not intentional, but one attacked me around here a few years ago, babbling inanities, until my RCMP officer hero across the street who thankfully was off-duty came running out, then homeless guy ran.
