They say that jawshan comes from Conflux 7 of WoE...but idk... could be Iratham's drop, but those mob types are hideously strong it seems. And his spawn condition on the wiki is weird lol (and may or may not be true....sounds true but idk).
Also, you could just get relic AF2+1 body for 2% haste on drg ^^
