Your keyboard should have a "Print Screen" or "Prt Scr" button to the right of the F keys at the top of the keyboard. Pressing that takes a snapshot of what your screen currently looks like, and then all you need to do is open up paint or an image editing program and use Edit > Paste to paste the image in. Save and you're good2go!
