I know lol, I just feel bad she's done like 10 bajillion screenshot recolors and everytime she says "No more PLZ!" someone else asks. And you know her she just can't say no.

haha you're so right...she's just too nice! She's always drawing giftart and things for people on deviantart, too...she's such a sweetheart and she does work too much (though can you blame everyone for wanting to see more of her lovely artwork? ^^ )

Hehe^^ Iridescence wasn't my main character to begin with, it was my taru named Etherealdk that turned into Ethy, then I put miss infrot of it and became missethy :)

I'm not the best at colouring with photoshop. I'm working np the dragoon slowl;y but surely.

Well I scan them on an "Illustration" setting my scanner has. I tend to use magic wand tool to select a white part of the background > select similar > select inverse and copy paste that layer. With a multiply blending mode *most* of the last hangers-on of white will go. You can just big up the shadow level on this new layer. That oughta get it clean.

Hmm I dunno why one of my images didn't work. It's just weirdly absent from my imageshack library despite me knowing it DID upload lol

Bloodbeat, you're great! I like all of them. But that one with Miss Cloud is the best!! Hahaha good tribute :D Instead I enjoy these linearts as they are right now, because are clean and well done enough to be great without needing of color!

Obsydian, well done with the fabric on the pup! Everything looks nice, I like the color! I notice you used some yellow for the skin? I always use something more pink-brown instead of yellow-orange.. and I like your result, so I want to try too ! ;_;

yep, it's hard for me to step outside of using what's "typical" for certain colors, but sometimes I force myself to take a risk and try something different out. If it ends up looking like crap, it's always fixable!

What I would do to be able to draw like that.
I can only draw if I have something to look at.
But most of this stuff is from the mind.

All of the artwork here is amazing..kudos to you all for having such talent. Pet's recolor/rehashing whatever you want to call it, of the FFXI screenshots she's received are just spectacular. You all have great skills. Wish I was half as good as some of you hehe.
