So can the craft able weapons be augmented? And what about the armor? Can you add plazma to that.

The issue is it isn't paying 100 mil for wep. Its 100 mil for right to buy wep then 240 mil worth of plasm to buy the weapon so were at 340 mil base weapon then another small fortune yo rank up if ca n rank as I'm sure it'll be more per rank than delve wep

200k Plasm =/= 240 mil. It's anywhere between 20 and 28 mil depending on Airlixir price on your server (400 x 50-70k). And as has already been said, it cannot be ranked up.
If they're selling at 150 mil it means someone's paying that much. No point complaining. If you think you can offer for less, go ahead, I'm sure you'll get costumers.

A +2 elixir on rag is 14m. so 200k = 28m. Personaly I would rather focus on 15/15 D weapon or armor set til later in june when all new gear comes out.

That ki allows you to buy a drop too from the plasma npc, so it's like buying a drop of your choice. And these nm are something that only organized linkshells can take down.
1. As far as I know they aren't an organized LS, @ least not all the ppl I saw in the SS, "friends" are a possibility
2. Is not like buying the drop you want, not that they cost each 30k plams, is not a NNI fl-100 win.
