At the moment Guillotine is my best WS on scythe. Considering merit adjustments, I may opt to demerit one of my other WS's and put a point or so into Entropy, but till then would like some thoughts.

Really depends on gear thats available to you atm.

Head > twilight
Body > phorcys or karieyh
Hands > phorcys or avant gauntlets
Earring > bale earring
Legs > karieyh(if you dont need the acc) +2 bale (if need acc)
Feet > karieyh
Waist > hmmm would have to say Prosilio or if thats too expensive wanions or warwolf.
Neck > justiciar's or sea gorget

If you're in abyssea using RR atma or everywhere your acc is capped you can use bale flanchard +2/warwolf or any other str belt phorcys body//ace's mail etc.
