WHM In Reives?

Been wanting to level my whm a bit in reives since it's decent exp considering you can get points at the same time. My question is, how do you all usually play it?

I was told by a friend that just sitting there curing won't get you very good results.

I suggest waiting a little bit on using WHM on Reives. SE has recognized that Reives are a little broken atm with how much EXP is generated with cures and such. You can find that they are asking for feedback here. Seems that DD'ing, as of now, is the best way to generate EXP.

As stated above, DD~ I average around 2-3K Bayld's per Reive while keeping a small party alive in the process as an semi-above geared DD WHM. If you are confident in your ability, pull mobs yourself and have at it solo. You'll most likely want to pop pizza even with capped and meritted club skill, however. Maintain shadows /NIN too as the mobs hit hard enough to interrupt you frequently enough even with capped healing skill + merits.
