You don't need another registration key, but you need the SoA disc to install the expansion on the Xbox hard drive.
Maybe someone can help. I'm running the installation tool herem and every time I do it seems like the program hangs. The installshield shield comes on, then the program minimizes, and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Cause once you get a key for the expansion, no matter what platform it's on, you can play it on all platforms

I ordered over amazon.com, got a download link, downloaded and installed it, while also putting in the code on the SE account website, and I still get an error after logging in (expansion pack data has not been installed. You cannot enter areas that require the expanion pack data.)

This is normal. I got this message and others have gotten it as well. It is poorly worded as it implies that the ~200MB you downloaded didn't install properly, but the consensus seems to be that it is referring to the patch data coming tomorrow.

Tried that, still nothing
had same problem call etc.. told me need to wait until the Adds goes live and the code they gave me from amazon are fine just need to wait until seekers goes live etc....

I finally called SE. They redirected me to the Digital Rights tech support. Apparently because I forgot my middle initial on my credit card info I was still billed but the order was cancelled.
They are canceling the order and I have to reorder. Forget the music box, I'm just gonna go through Amazon.

The product key is for the expansion.
You're not paying for the download, but for the content of the expansion.
