Well, I got Eriohnet midday today. Been leveling her, getting 1440 BT per mission now and I might be able to stay above 300 if i consta-grind til monday morning. I'm on vacation until next tuesday, so i'm going ot go for it. Why not, might as well go all in.
Once you get above 3.8mil, seems a TON of people just stopped. Its' often 20k BT between my place and the next in line, but i'm slowly climbing. Went up 20 spots today, and I'm in 262nd place.

Nah I'd need to do 170~ quests. The idea kills me. I shall try but... I'm not holding out much faith
Is there some way to make the game keep running in the background if I switch to another app...
Sometime when I start a quest and switch to messages, when I switch back to the app the quest is complete or nearly... But it's rare for me... Say 1 in 10 times it seems to happen. Other times the quest pauses.

no idea, usually pauses, but you got like 2-3 minutes after 41-6 to do some stuff lol. If yo still got sheets that's a quick way to take out a chunk.

finaly made it to training 38, still need much hours to get to seaserpent one though, but close.

training not quest lol.. on like training 38-2 now, takes like 2-3 hours to clear one chapter?
i usually just farmed like 25-5 was it for catoblepas so i had to grind up to 38 to do seaserpents. Costs like 33 per train lol so slow.

hard to play during ffxi raids too hehe, but can fit ina few during down time and buffs.

I don't think I will be too active with the next event. Lately nine of the cards have appealed to me except sadly the ones you have to pay to get. Last time it was hero Orte, this time unlike the look of Mirabelle. Well here's to hoping I can sell some ***at some point and buy her later on maybe.
Also I may be playing around with my leader at some point, I want to try out the effects of different stuff now that I have battle seasoned finally.

I'll probably sit the next one out too, only the 7* looks awesome to me.
got one seaserpent at least hehe, 30 more min and I should get erionet. Not likely to get under 300 rank though will just move her to alts and use their things to lvl her up fast. Maybe can make it to 750k on alt to get another 5*. 15 cost so isnt' bad for arena.

Well I hate myself for it atm but I traded Dolce the bottle humper for Clarissa the caveman. Dolce was the first 6* I saw that I specifically wanted, other than just being like OH A 6*, DO WANT! but the last 2 Mina Trial events, I've lost out on finishing something because I didn't have a good AoE.

Yeah they have login bonus in ffxi. Every day you get some points, each char was able to buy 4 shanks. I got 7 king behemoth pops out of 32 shanks. friend got 4 out of 12 maybe. 1/2 kills for his ring, then i killed and go 1/2 too hehe.

I got all the way up to 160 because people were either sleeping/waiting until the last minute, now I'm down to 198, no way i can stay in the under 200 bracket to get the 4 and 5* too, but i think i'll get Trommel.
I was even thinking of spending just a little more money to cement the 4,5,6* win, but that's a super slippery slope. :/
Also, it's my wife's birthday, so I may be offline a good deal tonight. I just hope 100+ people don't suddenly pass me.
also... considering that the 4 and 5* won't be worth more than 50 TE combined probably, it would be stupid to spend more money since i could just buy 50 TE with cash for 50 bucks and get them, as opposed to 50 dollars on a step up pack for a bunch of crappy 4*s (with my luck) and still the chance that i'll not cement my under 200 position.
I'll try and be patient this time and in a few weeks scoop those cards up for way cheaper, like 10+2 TE, lol.
