Connection Issues

Has anyone else been having connection issues as of late? As of right now, it takes me 6-9 logins to even launch FFXI, at which point I continue to get Error Code 0019 (which changes from Version Update Error to Content Connection Error to Error Code) when trying to connect to the servers.

I also know that on Ramuh last nite there were continuous huge lag spikes during which our entire party in W. Altepa would R0, and a LS members said they experienced it in Fei'yin as well.

Anyone have any ideas about either of these things?
