For spells like aspir and drain which would help them more the acc or dam stave? Or is it situational.

I would imagine accuracy would increase the usefulness of the spell, not to mention the accuracy staves have -recast on them allowing for more frequent drains/aspirs.

Xsaeta I increases potent never had any trouble with resist rates, Xsaeta II I've only ever used for Impact and Sleeps.
