How Much Double Attack % Is Too Much?

With all the triple attack % THF gets, how much double attack % is too much to get conflicting procs? Here's my gear:

-Thokcha
-Oynos knife
-Ziska's crossbow
-Acid bolts
-Raider's bonnet+2 (+3% TA)
-Portus Collar (+3% DA)
-Brutal earring (+5% DA)
-Suppanomini
-Thaumas coat (+ 3% DA/TA/QA)
-Thaumas gloves
-Epona's ring (+3% DA/TA)
-Rajas ring
-Atheling mantle (+3% DA)
-Twilight belt (+2% DA)
-Thaumas kecks
-Thaumas nails (+3% DA)

Which brings me to +22% DA,+9% TA and +3% QA just from the gear, not counting TA % from our job trait/merits, should I switch some double attack % out or not?

There is no point that double attack will ever conflict with your TA since TA procs first. Although the TA might devalue DA a bit, they are both still good stats. As for if you need swaps, your set looks decent to me (although i'm not a career thf); a quick browse through the forums has this looking like the best set:

TA procs before DA does, so more DA will not reduce your TA procs. However, that DA gear isn't giving you as much DA as it lists since you have TA. If you have 10% TA, then 90% will be normal attacks, and only on that 90% can you DA. That being said, it doesn't look like you are going after gear -just- for the DA on it, so what you have looks fine, though a raider's boomerang wouldn't be bad depending on how much work it takes to get the def down on the bolts to work.

QA>TA>DA>OaX is the order they are checked, so you will never devalue your TA by stacking more DA.

Example:
20%TA and 50%DA

20% of 100 attack rounds will have a tripple attack (20 tripple attacks). 50% of the remaining 80 attack rounds will be a double attack (40 double attacks).

TL;DR double attack will never devalue your tripple attack. It will devalue occ attacks 2-3/4/5/8 times weapons though.

I wouldn't worry about it that much, due to the order of processing. DA won't even get checked if TA procs, and TA won't get checked if QA procs.

Yeah don't worry about the "lost" DA procs. The rate is the same, but the opportunities have been reduced - reduced by something better, either TA or QA.

In a 1000 hit sample, and not worrying about traits, you get:

30 QAs (applies to all 1000 hits)
~87 TAs (applies to ~970 hits)
~194 DAs (only applied to ~883 hits)

It's worth mentioning that virtue weapons are synergistic with other forms of multi-attack. I know they aren't really viable anymore but just in case future incarnations operate differently I want the "new generation" to know that not all OAX is created equally.

Virtue can occur during multi-attacks
Mythic can occur on ws
Magian can do neither etc.

Regrdless of the DA/TA stuff mentioned in the above replies, you shouldn't be using Portus Collar anyway. Simply because it's not very good. Nefarious+Rancorous > Rancor+Atheling > Portus+Atheling unless Acc uncapped, where Rancor+Letalis is best.

I do own Rancor collar-Atheling mantle for various jobs and Rancorous mantle+Hope gorget for NIN, was just testing out Portus collar for fun ^^
