New Change On Screenshots

We have had a few suggestions about deleting comments on screenshots, Scragg has added the ability for everyone to be able to delete comments off screenshots that you have submitted.

It is new, so if anyone is having any issues with deleting the comments, please contact Scragg or I and we will try to help the issue.
