Zerging DRK

Hey! Long time reader first time poster. I am looking for a good KC zerg set-up for DRK. I have cassie earring and gigant mantle. I am sure there is a thread out there with this info in it, but I rather have the info come to me first hand and be fresh. So please feel free to drop your advice in.

Walmart / Rho's Necklace / Cassie / Intruder (when active) Bloodbead otherwise
Gloom Breastplate / Dusk Gloves +1 / BQR / Bloodbead or Blitz (not sure which is better)
Gigant / Speed / Homam / Homam

Replace noncassie ear with wyrm earring
Bloodbead as 2nd ring for sure on this build
