Far as I know, at this point no. I'd heard they were working on more features for linkshells tho... I hope this is part of it.

The answer for right now is, no.

Players have to unregister from the linkshell on the LS Community website.

If they are still registered on the LS Community Website under the linkshell, they will appear under the linkshell on here.

One possible solution to this would be allow sack/shell access to remove members manually, much in the same way they are currently able to add an image or a small blurb.

That would have to be LS Community website doing for having sacks or the shell creator on the website (Whoever registered the linkshell). Because this site gathers the information from the ls community website.

So if they are registered under the linkshell it shows them here automatically.

However an idea could be an option here on ffxiah.com for sacks or the shell holder to have a option to click next to each players name as "No longer member".

So if they are removed from the LS Community website, they will be removed from the FFXIAH Website as a LS member?

Simply answer is yes.

It all needs to happen on the community site.

No, if they are removed from the Linkshell via the LS Community Website they are still listed as Linkshell Members here on FFXIAH.

I'm not going to post details here on a public forum, but if the Admins want to have a look at the proof, I can PM it to them.

So i waited a couple of days before posting again because i wasnt sure if it just need time to reset or whatnot. but i can confirm that removing people off the LS Community Website will not remove them off the FFXIAH LS List (I am currently the only person on the list on the LS Community Site).

I know that this topic has been around awhile and i apologize to the admins if it seems like pestering but is there any development on the "no longer a member" button for the shell and sack holders that Alyria mentioned?

Is it possible that it's something to do with that person not having been scanned in a while? What was one persons Last Scan date?

I added a remove character field in the "Edit Linkshells". Just enter the character name in the linkshell you want to remove.

Observe that only linkshell shell/sack holders can access this page to begin with. Shell/Sack status is set automatically via reading the linkshell community. Also, if you delete someone that is still present on the Linkshell community, they will likely be added back automatically in time.

So I am not sure about how this if felt about but would it be possible to automatically remove inactive players from the LS List. This would lead to a more accurate reading of Linkshells on acheivement. What do you think?

No you misunderstood me alyria, sorry for the confusion. I am talking about an automatic check that removes people from any and all linkshells if they are inactive. The reason i bring this up is because i see a lot of inactive players in the top shells achievement wise.

I thought it would make the Achievement list a little more accurate when comparing Linkshells.

Well only the sacks/shell holder can do their own linkshell's. Just cause some say inactive doesn't mean they aren't on playing. Inactive is when they haven't bought or sold stuff on the ah.

Also stuff would continue to be inaccurate because not many show everything to the public, so the achievements for that player will be based on whatever they allow to show.

So I've used the remove member feature on two of my the shells I'm a sack for but for some reason the 3rd shell won't show that I'm a sackholder. I've doublechecked on the LScommunity site and it shows me as one but ffxiah.com doesn't. Anyway to update the list?

Try copy/paste the link of the LS community website for the linkshell that you are a sackholder on the ffxiah.com account.
