FYI, guildwork client hasn't worked for me either to make empyreans show up. They can be seen in equip history and show up on profile in equipped armor, but still won't say it under achievements.

EDIT: Scragg fixed the issue with empyreans/relics not showing up after I PM'd him.

If you don't play on PC, idk if there is a way for your empy's to show.
