When TAU came out, they had the same line about BLU/COR/PUP "relic" being similar to Dynamis relic but it would come from some unspecified non-Dynamis content. Ultimately they just stuck it in Dynamis.

If you haven't noticed yet, the dichotomy between what SE says and what SE does is as clear as night and day.
