I'm wondering... do killer effects activate in dynamis? I merited them full and after a full run of Qufim I didn't notice any intimidation. Has anyone else tried this?

They don't work. Nightmare monsters don't have affinity tags, although beastman-BST pets do.

I figured as much, but thanks for the info. I'm also wondering about the Ferine Gausape +2 (bst af3 body). Would the effects on this, Augments "Killer" effects, still apply regardless if the monsters do not have affinity tags? The wiki describes the effects as: Boost damage dealt by 1/2 * Killer Effects value, Damage Taken reduced by 1/2 Killer Effects value.

I'm asking this to help me decide if I want to keep my merits in killer effects.

Emp+2 body does not work since the Killer traits aren't working.

Looking for a few pointers on my Dyna farming, I just feel like I'm doing a terrible job. Seem to be coming out with 150-180 pieces each run in Bubu.

Here's my issue. I feel as though I kill EPs way too fast, and can't kill DCs fast enough/survive. I end up Heeling my pet halfway through the fight and just let him sit there and take the hits while I try to proc otherwise the mob will die too fast. I do the same if I get links, cause my pet will just hit them all and I feel like I'll kill them before I can proc all.

There are too many times where I turn my back and wait til JA timers are down to proc again. In this circumstance, do you guys just say *** it and kill the mob or wait it out and keep trying to get that proc?

Time is a major factor. Don't waste too much time trying to proc every single mob. If its taking forever, move on. There have been so many times when you proc/kill a mob and it drops 1 coin. Not worth it in my opinion. My totals end up better when I try a few procs and then move on.

You're doing a good job in my humble opinion. My best is 193 (in Qufim tho) and i also have to turn around waiting on recast at times. I might do 2-3 rounds of step/flourish then kill it as mobs sometimes drop coins anyway. Idk if it would be best to always wait for the proc, but i end the fight out of annoyance mostly lol. That's just how it is, it's impossible to always get the proc without having to hold back. Also, fighting EP's is truly the best option.

That all sounds about right. The only thing you're possibly doing wrong is comparing your currency totals to other job's and duo boxer's. Sadly, ever since they removed THIII from pets, BST falls a few places short of the best job for producing high currency #s solo.

If you can't procc by your third attempt ...move on. 2 hours can fly by..
