Path's A and C look very interesting, 25 Store TP is a crazy amount plus the extra melee damage. Path C on the other hand is +20% Crit Rate which would bring WAR's Crit Floor to 40% making the TP +50 very interesting. If it's just a flat +50 TP then it's not good, but if it's +50 Base TP like Ikishoten then it's going to be pretty damn powerful.
For Chango Upheaval, depends on how lucky Oseem has been to you.

This is for Chango at pretty much any TP level. The swaps mentioned where for more accuracy, putting on Sulvia's hands, Pummeler's legs and feet. That lowers the damage a little bit but raise's the accuracy so it's a valid consideration. Offline

Montate/+1 Zulf with good augs Rags nice if you need that amount of acc, but theres not usually a situation you do, and the delay on rag really hurts it as you have to build around its low delay Offline

How exactly is the path A double dmg working on Labraunda?
I'm more curious if anyone has tested the Path C TP +50 when landing crits

Yeha sorry, missed that 10% on weapon, was looking only at augments. My bad. I was referencing to path C too. I guess making su5 and going path C to check that TP bonus is not cheap, but checking apth C on NQ weapon should be way cheaper and mechanic should be the same, so maybe someone will be able to do that. I can make a nq and test. Just let me know exactly how I should go about it. Can make 2 to test path a and c?
Hit things and record your TP gain, when it crits record the TP gain, provide us the info and we can compare. Also note how much Store TP you have.
2 questions - What would win for upheaval:
DM augged valerous mitts with 10WSD 3 DEX and 20 accuracy Or 15 VIT 12 ACC 4% WSD odyssean Also why do I see so many r15 Conqs running around? My suspicion is anyone who Rank 15s a conq is a conq war main and only wears that and all the people with R15 chango don't wear it, but it seems almost more common than rank 15 chango, unless I'm missing something. No food, no buffs Total STP=34 Weapon was warrior's chopper with first ranking of augment "TP gained when landing Critical hits +1" Normal hit = 208tp Critical hit = 210tp If I need to test another way let me know. It looks like it's she'd to your base TP. So store TP will affect it.

Also to make test easier it would be best to:
hit normal and crit with 0 store tp hit normal and crit with a lot of store tp (XI sam roll + sTP gear should easily do the trick) The result of such test will clearly show how its calculated. why? we can see from the result what it is.
base 140, 34 from gear and 15 from /sam = 208.6, floored to 208 for 1 TP to give two, he'd need 100 store tp from gear and sub, which he doesn't. so it's has to be floor((140 + proc) * store tp)) = 210 I would like to see it at rank 2 a least, mistakes have been made in the past over rounding errors and that eliminates it completely. It looks to be adding to base, which makes the +2 version very interesting.

Even bumping it few ranks, which would be very easy, will give much more reliable result. It wont hurt at least to double check. EDIT: Also assuming it's 50TP to base damage on su5, thats 14% more TP with 40% critical rate and also +20% critical hit rate which would help with white damage, but not really for WS, since we still wouldn't use Ukko I think? I kinda doubt that would beat what Chango offers. I don't think it needs to be retested. It seems like a solid conclusion to me. On the other hand, what weapons should WAR seek to obtain these days? Montante +1 doesn't seem good anymore as you should either use Chango or Raetic Algol +1 for some zergs. Ragnarok seems useless to me even though I made one. Maybe it would be okay for Kin or something where you don't want skillchains? Raetic Blade +1 seems like a contender for best sword (I have Reikiko but the delay is much higher.)

Montante +1 > Raetic outside of Escha due to WAR simply not having much MP to fuel Raetic. HP/MP vorseals inside Escha change everything and make Raetic this monster. R15 Chango is the best but it's not like there is a Goblin handing them out to every player who asks nor an easy fight that drops them. Montante +1 can be gotten from a piss easy NM and serves as a great raw DPS weapon as someone builds their Chango. JSE Great Axe is ... interesting. Would be better if Ukko's didn't such so much in the current meta. SE really needs to update it and VS to be like CDC. |
