What To Look For In War Tp Build

whats the cap haste (26.1%?) cap acc at 99 is? sTP ? how much for a 5 hit build 6 hit build? for gaxe with 488 delay

I'm sure there are plenty of war threads on here, but you might want to start with the search function. Also your acc cap question is very heavily dependent on what mob you're fighting and your buffs. As well as your STP question related on sub (though it's understood that /sam is the way to go, idk if you mess around with /dnc or whatever).
