Ya, thats why they stopped and went with 45 day char creation. Maybe next time they extend the creation date tho, because 60 days out, people knew when it was starting.
I didnt bother buying mine odds are I'd get nothing anyways, although there is always that chance
lol, I poured over the details about if a character other than my main won, which would I pick up and for what reasons. I have high hopes.

You could have guaranteed yourself a Rank 5 prize and a free, unique statue.
The statues are the rank 5 prizes, I don't think you get both... but on that subject, wtf is the ball invite?

otherwise i did what you did with 160 marbles. gil is so hard to come by i figured wth i can shell out a little extra money for additional mules for two months. i usually only have 4 chars.

Sorry, cutie, I meant to make this thread sooner. I was going to try to give 24 hours notice, But I was running behind on my own Marble GET.
I didn't even get the idea for it until I had people I know in game asking me to remind them because I was telling them that I was in the process of getting 10 marbles for each mule.

LOL. Well, I took 2 semesters of "Douchebag" so I could learn how to communicate with these folk. I won't say I'm fluent, but if I ever visit the Douchebag motherland (I think it might be Canada) I should be able to survive until I can get away.
My only consolation as to not winning in this bonanza, is that SE made good with the time between the ceasing of marble sales and the drawing. Last year it was a month, and -10 inv space, satchel or no, sux. Two weeks is 50% more bearable.

(Although, since I have no satchel, and am a lot more full this year then last on main and mules, it's gonna be interesting how I keep it together without throwing ***away lol)

I dont know how I manage, but every time I increase the size of my mog bag, I put stuff in those spots, and its the same stuff I had before, yet its somehow more...

I think it was more than a month. I remember it being a ridiculously long time. I thought it was closer to 10 weeks. And yeah, they did a much better job this time and Mog Satchel helps too.
This year they only allowed characters that have been active for at least 45 days to participate, so I think that allowed them to push the drawing and prize distribution up in a way that would maintain the integrity of the system. Otherwise, they could have a problem of RMT trying to abuse the event.

Yeah, totally understand. I need to get my mules to jeuno and get them some gobbiebags done, even with the bed quests done, and full 80 slots of bahut storage, I'm pretty crimped right now. Gobbiebag it is I guess...

Confirming that collecting the marbles has officially ended. The time set up on the POL site is given in Military standard time, so the marble part was finished at 8am PST.
