I'm playing two characters, one is running fine and the other is hitting lag spikes consistently for the past half hour. (Shiva server btw)
Having issues as well. Both me and a friend were getting constant R0 spikes. We reset our routers and it fixed my problem and one of my friend's characters, but her mule is still R0ing.
Was lagging a bit while finishing a friends vere like 30 min ago, stopped just before I logged off.
Just checked, yes I'm having weird lag too while dual boxing.
Taking like 3s to cast spells :/ dc'd once on one char, too.
Mine was just so bad I said *** it and logged :\ No WAR Maat for me ; ;
My lag's not terrible, but I went running around with my alt on follow and one character at a time would randomly stop running for a few seconds and then jump ahead. It's not bad enough to hinder game play, but I'm not R0ing at all when the pauses happen, which is kind of strange.
Yeah the pattern is really weird, a mule couldn't log back in but the other character was fine with few spikes here and there.

I'm having absolutely no lag issues.
I've been noticing some subtle delays with information coming from SE's servers.
Things like this are often ISP related, but I could be wrong. I just know it's not affecting me.

I am getting super lag spikes whenever I check someone's bazaar. A few other people shouted experiencing similar problems. It sounds like it is SE side.

Just did abyssea, two of us were experiencing regular R0s. Restarting game/comp did nothing to fix it. Neither of us actually d/c'd, we'd just freeze for a few seconds and start again. It made Glavoid very interesting, especially when I r0'd when they spawned him and he never showed up on my screen, even though I could target/fight him. Made turning for TP really difficult, not being able to actually see it.
I am noticing a lot of R0's now in town. Wasn't happening out of town when I was having the lag spikes while running around.
Getting significantly bad intermittent lag more so than usual. Also having random R0s in my mog house for no damned reason. (Fenrir)

I do believe there is a typhoon or 2 rolling through the korea/japan area atm. Could be the reason why? I was doing salvage earlier, and i know about 5 of us in my ls were getting r0 spikes constantly

I experience super bad lag when npcing a bunch bs, accessing my inbox and moving gear from safe to bag. Otherwise no probs.
I just defeated the WotG final boss on bst, and I swear her HP was going 100% > R0 > 85% > R0 > 72% ... each R0 was dropping my connection percentage to near 0, then it pops right back to 100%. Probably something to do with the typhoon I'd assume.

Was just a lot of bad lag on Ragnarok juno you could barely do anything and anything you clicked even doors had a bad delay with everyone flashing R0s. Then went to a VW and it was like it was stop motion for everyone. One person died and never got a rr option and no one could raise them. After it I got warped to juno and my twilight neck vanished it was completely gone from my invo it wasn't even showing up in the equip box only to reappear a few mins later.

That probably would speed them up..
