No its not me being haxed... it's happening on a regular basis... least once everyday... yet finally i get logged in an all my info is correct and the same.

In addition, contrary to popular belief, the registration codes ARE NOT REQUIRED TO RESET OR GET STUFF BACK AFTER A HACK. It is ONE of MANY qualifications, including the phone number, address, first 4 and last 4 digits of the registered CC, DOB, full name, etc.

That is one possibility, though I've had that problem before. It wouldn't be as much, but 5-6 tries and the password is wrong since I got my token. Call customer support and they'll help you out.
Oh. If it works, you can be like a friend of mine. He had to try on a constant basis to log in before it worked. He quit for the military though, can't say if it ever fixed.

What platform are you playing FFXI on?
Mines done that sometimes. I don't think passwords on POL are case sensitive. I'd advise on the above and call SE.... or maybe un-install POL and re install it.
POL passwords are defffffinately case sensitive. xD One of the reasons said person blamed me for not being able to log on.
Don't put it in instantly. Needs some time to send and receive. Wait 10~20 seconds before putting in the 6 digit password.
caps wasn't on, after the third time i opened Notepad, I'm on PC. and after 47 attempts you'd thin It would have time to catch up.
EDIT: Just to add, this happenes regularly. I don't know if the SE account server is lagging or having troubles but I shouldn't have to try to logon 20+ times at least once per day... yes, this happens almost every day.

when you do this are you pushing the button on the token again every time? i hear those once time passwords are good for ~30 mins. i've never tried myself, but i know they last longer than 30 seconds.
This happened to me awhile ago, I happened to finally get in and I immediately changed my PoL password, although my Square Enix ID password is the same, and I've been fine ever since.
I've had this happen a few times.
I fixed it by not pressing the red button on my security key until i am ready to enter the 1 time pass.
Try this enter normal password.
Tab to the 1 time box then hit the security key enter 1 time pass and log in.
