Promotion: Captain

Been sitting at First Lieutenant for a couple years and I figure its time to finally rank up to Captain. The problem is, I have no clue which assaults I haven't done yet. Is there an NPC or something that tells you which assault you have yet to finish? I sure as hell don't want to do them all again. Thanks in advance.

They're listed in the Missions menu. Look under the completed Assaults for the list.

Best to just compare your ah list on this site to your completed missions in game. If you keep it up to date it won't be that bad.
