Blm has always been one of the worst jobs to bring to Nyzul.

I just mean for all the purists talking about the moral issue of beating NNI totally legit without using any outside sources at all.

I don't think they will ban anyone either other then very VERY obvious casses *Expect to see those people with the Youtube video banned*. Just because with the Salvage duping it was Night and Day on who was doing it. This has a lot of 'grey area' and is SE wanting to loose several thousands of dollars a month in sub. fees over something that can't prove a shadow of a doubt, like they could salvage?

also, I'm actually offended that people fight off the bat say anyone with the gear cheated, cause thats just not true. I am a long time vet of NI, done 1-100 about 8 times on 75, and I've been doing Neo NI since you could first do it on the test server. I have 220k NI Tokens *and I bought the mythic item* so yeah, I've done it a bit.

and I've got wins, and guess what, no cheats, also guess what, my win ration is like... 5%, if that.

Also, and what I think is the best thing, this NI gear is causing so much drama... watch when Adolin comes out, Neo NI gear will probably be garbage.

Wasn't my group lol I was just a member, I had no part with kicking, but she did fine, it was mainly because there was a problem with getting along. Kiaru can be mouthy when things get hairy during a run, which was fine by me because I'd just mute skype lol

The people demanding mass bannings, even if it catch's people who acquired the gear legitimately are after revenge. They feel frustrated and angry that they don't have the shinys, they don't feel like putting the effort into making a *legit* floor 80 group, yet they see other people acquire the gear. That frustration and envy have been converted to anger and hate and are now directed at those with the gear utilizing the scape goat of "if they didn't get their gear then we could of". They feel that inflicting hurt upon those with the gear will allow them to acquire their gear, almost as if they could steal it from their dead bodies. This sort of thing happens all the time.

Instead of demanding blood and death from other players, they should instead demand SE get the sh!t in order and make the gear somehwat acquirable in the first place.

Honestly I'm predicting SE removed order lamp floors, then in order to barance it they make the floor 100 boss drop the KI only 10% of the time.

I would laugh so hard for so long at that. It would be a sad laugh as it means I'd have to go through more hoops to finish my gear up. Also would mean those calling for blood would of just hurt themselves.

Honestly, I think if people just waited it out and did the event like SE gave us, SE would know that 99.9% of players wouldn't make it to 100 and win. Adjustments would of came and then players could of made it there legit without restoring to cheating to win.

I don't care if others agree, it's just how I feel. SE would not let an event run this long with no one being able to win. This isn't a level 99 relic/mythic/empy aura. This isn't AV / PW. It's just Nyzul, and they do not have the data to know if people are making it through legit or if all the groups that made it through cheated. The have no way of knowing unless groups discussed everything in the chat log or went through walls.

I agree, it's very similar to when they adjusted mythic weapon requirements after it was made very clear that so few players had the capacity to complete them.

It's also very similar to when they adjusted Absolute Virtue after it became apparent that we weren't catching on to the "secret" to defeating it.

Only instead of it being 10% of the time for the entire group to get the KI, it's specific to each person. That way, one guy can get the KI every other run, and another can win 20+ times and still never see a single KI.

People have gone from taking months/years to achieve gear to taking days/weeks in Aby.

Reverting to a slow paced (horribly slow paced depending on how bad your luck goes) reward lottery obviously displeases the better players, who had gotten used to achieving goals in a timely manner (potentially driving them to opt for shortcuts), and discourages/angers the less performant, more disorganized or simply lazier ones from even attempting such an event, yet that is their choice in the first place. To those players, I'd tell cry less and try harder. If you put a tad more sweat into it, perhaps the reward will even look shinier.

On the other hand, the system behind Neo Nyzul really sucks and I hope it is adjusted to some extent, not in a way that will allow everyone to be done with it in a matter of days, but in a way so people can see a finish line at some point within their grandchildren's lifespan.

Players who do nyzul and cheat get a warning/banned, players who reported everyone celebrates.

Players then ask for adjustments to make nyzul manageable to do.

After several weeks SE replies that the event is working as intended, and they have no plans on adjusting the event.

Players who aren't able to get into floor 80 runs are left out, with no way to purchase from groups that make floor 100 runs. This goes on for 10 months with players giving up on any hope of obtaining the gear they wanted.

Expansion comes out. Event worked as intended.

The event is, in fact, working as intended, as everything else since the release of the first mini expansion has. Bottleneck events have always been successful as far as I can recall.

It's still rather presumptuous of you to suggest that cheaters are the reason that the event is still relatively unrealistic.

AV, PW, mythic weapons are all excellent examples of this not being the case. The former two were only made possible because of new, unrelated additions to the game(not to mention a level cap increase), and the latter has still yet to be addressed. I'm not sure why you think Square is intent on making absolutely every facet of the game available to casuals.

pfft, PW was entirely doable, you just needed 16 hours and an alliance full of the best job in the game

I realize you're being facetious, but I'd call the BLU strategy a pretty blatant exploit.

I don't really think it was an exploit. If they wanted Blue Magic to hit for 0 during double weakness they could have easily fixed that.
