unless you already made the mules awhile ago it wont work. Either way last year I managed to be able to start a new mule and lvl it to 5 in less then 30 min each so yeah it might be worth it though really over 10 characters and under 100 is kinda whatever higher odds but not garunteed higher tier
You don't have to be LV5. Just have to have the character for a total of 45ish days?

You don't have to be level 5, they just have to existed 45 days before the purchase of marbles. Verified first hand and i somehow spent 320,000g on this event lol.
