Southern folk tend to put Honey and such at the end of sentences when talking to people. Maybe thats the case.

I've been in LSs where there are plenty of couples and I think it is cute when they give each other puppy names or be cute with one another. That's fine and dandy. Just keep your hands in out of each other pants when you're doing an event though. >.>

How do you pronounce it? My close friend has the same name. It's pronounced "Nah-dee-uh." Nads would be more like "Nay-dee-ah" or something, lol.

I don't flirt in game, but I do have some really good friends (females, I tend not to get too chummy with guys) in game who I've exchanged emails with and phone calls and so forth. It's do-able, you just have to take things slow and put a lot of trust out there.

As for gifts, I would have a really hard time accepting those. The only presents I've taken were things my rl husband bought me in game, such as the wedding dress set, and occasion presents (he bought me a new hat when I hit my first 75, etc.) But other than him, I'd rather not. I want to make my own way and work for my gear just like everyone else.

I dont know if I could easily date someone who didn't play FFXI or some other MMO. They wouldn't understand why I invest so much time into it. I met my boyfriend over FFXI and he's one of the most decent men I've ever dated. We're srsbsns.

I like hearing these stories of people jumping over the bounderies of impersonal interfaces and deception/abuse via the internet and getting on an even level of getting to know each other and working up to a legitimate and tangible relationship.
