This is.. not correct in the slightest. I mean, sure, you obviously increase your bio-*** capacity with a more rigorous physical lifestyle, but there's no substitution for responsible ingestion. While both are certainly advisable, a proper diet is immensely more important than above-average physical activity.

Yeah, that came off wrong. I wasn't advocating fast food every day or anything. But, those with a higher physical output tend to be able to eat unhealthier and keep weight off.

Not talking about heart problems/stroke/etc etc, just meant as far as weight alone goes.

People with higher levels of physical activity can eat more and keep a greater portion of the fat buildup off. They can eat slightly worse by virtue of a more productive circulatory system, but the benefits plateau very quickly.

While the two are hardly mutually exclusive, the big picture of a mammal's body is that kilocalorie intake deals with weight, and nutritional elements deal with health.

Been there done that.. I'm the cook of the house and I cook very frequently, I also hate shortcuts and avoid them wherever possible, I cook everything from the most basic ingredients I can. Surprised I haven't started making my own Mayo or something by now..

I still love fast food.. Don't taste like ***to me at all.. Of course I don't like everything a certain fast food place has to offer.. But at each one there are at least a few different things that I love enough, that I actually look forward to that first bite the way people look forward to that one food their grandmother makes every time you're around and that no one else but her can make it just like you like it.
