Square has never stayed perfectly consistent with its spell suffixes. For example, in Final Fantasy XI, the AoE Protect spells are called Protectra, whereas in Final Fantasy XII, it's Protectga...and in Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions, it's Protectja.
So...here's my thing, probably getting way ahead of myself and such...but regardless. At least 2 new jobs (prob only 2), anyone thinky that they gonna release old content gear for them? By that I mean: AF(obviously AF, since stated in stream DUH!), Relic (god I hope not), Emp (reworking what mobs drop what, fun fun fun) and of course the +1~2 of each respectively.
Then we have the topic of weapons, apparently Geomancer has access to club and whatever other job has access to what looks like great sword. Not hard as far as giving access to Empyrean weapons, slap a "/" with job abbreviation and you good. Problems start hitting with mythic weapons (not so bad since they added dnc and sch after whatever time frame, and lets face it this may usher in the missing GS mythic...lol) Finally there are relics...which the current "new jobs" still have no access to, and from a post on forums state there is no current interest in placing them on. The later of which, and most likely Mythic will either be answered with a new batch of "ultimate weapons". In any case, this is exciting as hell...not another piddly add-on scenario!

People like to stick to what looks good in cloth.
Surprised we don't see more NINs though. Their outfits would work really well in Cosplay.

I saw an amazing DRG AF2 cosplay a few years ago, it was JP but his Wyrm armor was made of molded hardened plastic and it looked AWESOME

The head piece is really good but the rest look like cheap pajamas.
