Yea, no one said the PvP system in this game was great. It has major flaws that people can exploit to punish new players and wear them down.
There are just some precautions you need to take to avoid these types of players until you're ready to defend yourself.

I kinda want to invade someone and do random stuff in the background, like emote spam or drop some dung and warp out.
How would I d/c? Just exit game? or turn off modem?(modem is in the dining room, I am in my room ._.)don't want to do something that would mess up my game :(
Pres the PS button > account management > options > sign out I think.

Nah can sign out via the PS button on controller then going PSN tab hit triangle sigh out.

I think they put an attempt at limiting it for lower levels in since there is a limited number of cracked red eye orbs early in the game right? Problem ends up being that the open structure of the game allows people to go places they hadn't intended for lower level players and get around that attempt... Idk I pretty much fully expect to die if I get invaded at lower levels.
You can buy cracked red eye orbs as a Dark Wraith.
Is the Jagged Ghost blade a good weapon to use until Anal Rodeo? for like a mage?
For ghosts or in general? Greatsword of Artorias is also hot
general.. going to get the Moonlight Butterfly Horn later but I have nothing to use until then and the dagger is easy to get lol
As a sorcerer you're going to want 12-16 STR (12 for polearm, 16 for gs). A lot of people LOVE the GS so I would aim for 16 STR.
You might as well put some points into STR now so you can wield some actual weapons until you're able to get the mage specific weapons.
ATM I didn't really put much thought into it, but I'm using a Claymore +5 on my sorcerer and it's working out fine for me. I never really used the weapon so I thought I'd try it out and it's a fairly nice weapon.

jagged ghost blade is weak as hell, only for fighting ghosts and even then transient curses are more useful

I just beat Fatty and Pikachu on my main but my sorcerer is a side thingy. I mentioned the dagger cause it looks cool xD
one of my favorite mage full INT builds was a regular rapier (forget which) with the Enchanted weapon reinforcement. Would recommend if you've pumped INT (you don't have to pump int too high) to get a one hander with magical reinforcement then enchanted reinforcement

When you meet the sludge monster that spawns screaming heads that blow up you're in the room. Go up the stairs and hug the wall til you find it.
I'm already mad at this game :| Taurus Demon knocked me off the bridge while trying to run around him >:( rage!
