I finally beat the game last night. I must say that I was expecting him to be a lot harder then he was. I was able to face tank everything he threw at me.

I looked behind and there it was putting its head back on, I was like... screw this @.@ and ran the heck out of there. I did the catacombs last night. I wasn't aware that you could actually kill them permanently at all so I lured all of them to cliffs and made them jump off or knock them off. It took me hours to realize that killing the mages prevents them from reraising ; ; That place is evil. Doesn't work on Nito as far as I know. I rocked a Divine Weapon through the whole game and they kept respawning.
I fought pinwheel but I never saw nito ^^;

I go for the back stab 30 times with a shortsword lol. Cerberus.Tikal said: » Well, it is in the lore that he lost most, if not all of his power, when he left. I think it's cheap tho :| I like having the fear that they are coming back alive behind me and I could get swarmed if I don't keep moving and killing everything in my path. Fair enough. I enjoyed it though, especially 1:1. It was an exhilarating fight, if his AI isn't confused by multiple targets.
It can't be more of a let down then the Final in Demon souls... I actually refuse to consider it a boss and just count 1-4 as the final boss.

Actually, in the expansion I did get summoned for the Artorias fight and he would switch randomly, so maybe they changed it up.
Yeah it's the person who hit last, and I believe the AI occasionally runs a check for whoever is closest and attacks them instead. People can abuse this in co-op by bouncing hate back and forth on slow turning bosses like Quelaag.
Hoooooooly ***! I just got a titanite slab from one of the darkwraiths in new londo ruins. In the year or more time I have been playing this game, I have never seen that and thought it was a myth! Not sure why but this makes me so happy lol.

I helped a friend recently with Nito. I took care of all the skeletons with a Divine weapon. I don't recall any of them respawning. Bahamut.Zellc said: » Hoooooooly ***! With S rating in str, it did sooo much raw dmg. I'm sad to see it go, may it rest in peace :/

Really don't intend on bothering much with PvP in here. I got one shotted by someone the first time I turned into a human to kindle my flask and got turned off. I've been seeing tons of those hint things laying around and whatnot The PvP sucks when it's upgrade-based - ie, who has upgraded most. This will be the case for most of your first playthrough. It gets good on NG+ and I think it's amazing fun at SL90+ but yeah, no fun being ganked and losing due to gear disadvantage. I was talking to Urial about this in RT, You shouldn't PvP until around level 60. When you get there you should try the forest out. Just don't kill Sif (the dog) and run around in human form.
Although, I highly recommend you don't get too OP your first playthrough, so I'll just recommend that you don't try to upgrade like crazy or even PvP until NG+. When you get there then you've already done what the game has to offer you, so go big. |
