Bendis's Hairpin is the best option both from an evasion and TP standpoint, but it's also a 5% drop off a Meeble boss. Good luck with that.
Ocelomeh +1 offers less Evasion than the other options, but it has a lot of Haste and more TP reduction than any other option. This is a good option for a TP-Evasion hybrid set if you don't have Bendis's.
Theia's Hairpin offers the same amount of Evasion as Fugacity Beret, but has no defense or PDT. Neither of them are better than Ocelo +1 for TPing in so TP reduction doesn't matter.
