I wonder if there is any in Scandinavia who has got their security token? Im from Sweden and i ordered mine 13/4 and i still havnt got it.
Canada here, I also ordered mine on April 13 and just received it on this past Friday (May 15).

My wife lives in Sweden and she ordered her's a couple of weeks a go and still hasn't got it :X fix it SE! D:

I have contacted SE 3 times now and everytime they say; it will arrive soon, wait until next week and if u havnt got it call us again.
So i guess the only thing we can do is to wait. I think SE dont care about a smal country like Sweden.

I just got off the live chat with SE. they said the token was shipped at april 24th and I should get it may 25th or 26th. Reason I had to check with them is coz im moving this weekend and it would be lame if it get sent to my old adress and I cant get a hold of it. So I asked them what happens if i dont get it because it was way later than they'd promised, if I'd have to pay for another one to get sent to my new adress. Well, atleast they said I dont have to pay for another one.

Ordered mine during the easter holidays, got it exactly 2 weeks after. No problems :P

It depends majorly of the online, server & Internet Providing traffic coming in to Square-Enix / Playonline of what country to state & region of the world map.
California, Texas, New York, Illinois would be examples being they're entertainment industrial states of The United States.
Places like, Berlin & Germany are more congested in their street grids on their world map & mobile traffic; So it is also advisable that the congestion & delivery rate into Germany is usually 1.5 to 2x more than the usual rate for The Entertainment Capitals of The World.
We can only hope she ends up like her title.

I ordered mine on April 9th, received it in the mail 2 days ago. Followed the instructions on BG on how to link accounts and activate the token, works like a charm, instant 80 extra mh slots was worth the money! :D
But yeah it did take 6 weeks for it to reach me after i ordered it. I contacted SE last week asking about it, reply i got was "it's been shipped" but the agent couldnt tell me anymore than that. He said they would contact the US office to find out when it was shipped etc, and get back to me via email. Never received any email though. SE customer service is a bit - lacking. :(

I think it depends on which version of FFXI you play. I play the EU version, so I got mine 2 weeks after I ordered. Two other friends of mine, also from Norway, ordered it the same day as me, but they play the American version, and they got it five weeks after they ordered.
Well i play EU version. And if its really true like they said to Zano, that they send us the token 24/4, should it really take 1 month to come here? I know postservice is slow but that slow????

I ordered mine 2 weeks after they started the system going, and got mine in like 3 days.
Course, I was like on the other side of the state (although I'm in Japan, I still got my token within 3 days back at home in Texas) so....sucks to be you :D

26/5 still no token. I contacted support and told them i thought it got lost somewhere and i wanted to order a new, but they told me i couldnt reorder. They just told me same crap as always" contact us again on friday if u havnt got it". I have already contact them.....4 times now /CRY

i ordered april 27th and still nothing :(
Today 27/5 i finally got it. Very fast SE. It took just 1,5 month.
