Always going back to help my friend through his normal and nightmare playthroughs dod that to me lol we're almost the same level now and close enough stortwise in hell

Any input on how much this may be worth? I've never played DH (or any class besides monk for that matter)

I know it rolled pretty low attack speed (20 seems top for this one maybe?) but, doesn't attack speed cap at 25 or did I make that up...?

Is multishot any good or a crap ability?

Is D3 as bad as I've read? People all over every website that mentions it says its a waste.

I think the perception that Diablo 3 is the worst game to ever be released ever comes from Blizzard having the worst fans ever. The official forums are overrun with people complaining that this horrible atrocity of a game is infinitely worse than its predecessor (and a few other titles), has horrible loot issues, and just plain isn't fun after the first 5,000 hours! They're all on the verge of quitting because it's simply ridiculous that a free to play online game doesn't keep them thoroughly entertained indefinitely.

I'm liking it a lot right now, just came back after 1.0.5, b een doing that every patch lol. But you can actually find legendarys now so its nice. Plus with the new monster power system(/players 8 in D2) you can set how hard you want thm to be and the harder they are the more exp/mf/gf you get which in turn most of the time means moore loot.

This. Basically the new demographic that WoW created, which consists mostly of casuals, understandably think it's ***. You're not about to convince anyone that's never really played anything besides WoW before that an isometric clickfest is something they should be interested in. The problem is that demographic is several million strong, so it sounds a lot louder than it should be.

As of 1.05, I feel pretty damn comfortable saying that D3 is a great game. It didn't start out that way at all, and I even gave up on it for several months which is where more of the negative word of mouth came from. But the game, as it stands now, is nearly everything you'd expect from the series minus PvP.

Finally, it's Diablo, not WoW or even an MMO for that matter. There are going to be people who don't like the style of gameplay and nothing they do or could have done will prevent that.

Recently came back to D3 to see what the new changes were and stuff. Logged on and my friend was like c'here. and i was like O_o;;

So now im' back with decent gear and trying out the different acts with monster levels :S

I started playing again a month ago. I made a WW barb and I can do MP7+ ubers now :>

I've been playing a lot now too, actually having a ton of fun.

Most people only use MP for keywardens and ubers. It's a little insane to farm mobs at MP10 when they have +3439% more HP. lol

When I'm exping paragon levels or farming, I put on 300% MF gear, set it to MP0 and faceroll the ***out of Act 3. Nephalem Valor is the only way that you can go beyond 300, for a max of 375%.

It seems a lot easier to find gear, even decent legendary and set items are affordable. When you find gear now, it's gotta be a really decent to near perfect roll to sell for 100m+.

I'm only a paragon 20 (nearing 21) because I just came back from a long break myself. Working on catching up to speed. My monk's dmg is 97k so it's not THAT bad :P. I usually solo MP4-5 for exp and such. Pretty sure there is an exp bonus and MF bonus for MP4-5. Idk, I didn't read a ton on this stuff. Just trying to grind my paragons a bit before trying ubers (got 2 machines though)

If I'm not mistaken, the MF bonus from MP levels also exceeds the 300 cap, and at 100k dps you could easily handle at least MP1 without slowing your killing speed down much if at all. You should be oneshotting most everything, right?

Oh you're right, it does go beyond 300. Damn, 475%. lol

That's why I run so low, one shot everything and Rend takes care of elites. Taking longer to kill things makes the exp bonus irrelevant. I also forgot about the bonus+% for extra drops.

I recently came back as well. My monk still has a lot of work to do as i'm only able to exp on MP 1~2. Hard to find gear that buffs res, crit chance and crit dmg while maintaining decent HP and dps. Monk is too freaking expensive! =P

I have ~8k armor, ~800 AR, and 40k HP when I do ubers. His grab doesnt seem to hurt me much.

Are you solo?

If you are, consider bringing Enchantress with a Maximus. The Demon is summoned very often and it holds hate pretty well.

Kudos for that Maximus suggestion. I'm a monk that uses Enchantress and that sword is nice. Always helps to have more DD on ***.
