Was working earlier. Prolly got taken off again. AH being up at all is a miracle most times after a maintenance. Not to mention everyone and there mother is trying to throw stuff up on the RMAH and server going derpderpderpderp.

Did it. Was still derping at me. I finally just deleted the folder as a whole and that worked for some bizarre reason.

Side note, just finished building my wife's PC and installing D3 on it now. >:3 She is having dinner with her mom with the moment so she is gonna come home and magically see a new PC with everything set up and ready to go for her.

Yeah dunno what that bs with the update folder is about. Happened to me the first time I updated. But at least it got fixed and goodluck with the wife sounds pretty cool. Maybe I can find a russian bride online that would do the same for me!

Wow, I just woke up (went to bed after maint) and login to find 16 friend requests, all from RMT bots. Head to the forums and find that people are getting banned for using the RMAH. Come here and find out that people are getting locked out of games lol.

Well at least I dont need to worry about getting RMAH banned, since I used a friend code to activate my game I have to wait 3 more days to use the RMAH lol.

That's pretty crazy, I don't know if I could bring myself to spend $500 on gear for a hardcore character considering how a good lag spike on blizzards end can wipe out HC characters by the hundreds.

So... elites that have the little always invincible shield minions and move super fast and get in your way. Not hard, just super *** cheap and obnoxious. That ***needs to go away, because that is pretty much all I am running into now.

Took out Skeleton king last night on inferno, was easy after some sleep and being away from it for a day.

I'm still sitting at about 12k DPS on my wiz.

I'm using a dagger+source now, its pretty pimp with spectral blades. I know its not the normal setup but I've used it for all of hell(co-opx2) and so far in inferno hasn't failed me. I only run from elites with combos like fast+invulnerable minions+molten+vortex cause f' that... Set up I use is diamond skin, wave of force+knockback, and explosion+shortfuse, with energy armor and disintigrate. Any wizs wanna share their set ups or insights?

I love my setup so far, basically I kite, and hit and run, but looks like no one else uses it.

I've noticed all my spell recasts seem shorter comparing dagger to staff, even buffs, are all spell recasts based off attack speed?

I know this game has a lot of problems now, so I've been avoiding purchasing anything on the AH above 100k, but still, I love this game lol I hope it gets cleaned up.

PS. I'll be playing tonight with my co-op buddy, probably hell mode unicorns, or else clear some more inferno if anyone cares to join us. We will probably start around 5 EST, play all night with a few breaks here and there. Ddbone #1180

Does anyone happen to know where Whimyshire falls into the drop rate scheme of things? I know that the drops are slightly better than Act IV for the difficulty you are on because you can usually get the next tier up potions and gems, but I don't know how Hell ponies drops measure up vs say Act I Inferno.

hell ponies drop lv. 60 gear i thought.

and inferno its something like
Act I : lv.60
Act II: Lv.61
Act III/IV : Lv.62

but its % based. So it something now like Act I has a 2% chance of dropping a higher tier weapon and so on.

I was reading about this yesterday and i forgot half the info :S

but theres like 18 tiers of weapons. and Act III/IV have the best % chance of dropping tier 18 weapons and ponies are basically on par with Act III/IV. So the best thing to do if you do an inferno or hell ponie run is to be lv. 60, get 5/5 nephalem valor, murder EVERYTHING in poneyland, then put on a full MF set, and pop all the clouds/gold pots etc

@volkom - Hell ponies have the iLevel drops of Act 4 gear, since it has the same difficulty (HP/Damage wise). Not sure if ponies are having their drops boosted with A4, or with A1 come 1.0.3

Also: Seems like there isn't a RMAH for hardcore... Or is that a bug for me?

wouldn't make sense for them to have a RMAH on something you could potentially lose forever... but then again it is blizzard.

Hardcore RMAH definitely exists. It might be down today but the hardcore items actually sell for MORE :/

Hardcore items sell for more cuz hardcore players want the best gear so they can stay safe and kill effectively. Basically the items that sell for the most are items that contain their primary stat + vitality and any resists/attack speed increases
