The Learning chance job point category was a pointless idea, the hardest thing about learning a spell is getting the mob to actually use it.

Is shetal belt still worth it if you are getting marches or geo haste? If so, how much better than windbuffet?
Anyone trying blu spells fully stacked with buffs? Nat. Med, berserk, warcry, minuet, geo, cor, ca, efflux lol....
I just started updating, but keep in mind that their maximum damage output hasn't changed- it's just that their damage on higher level stuff will approach the damage they do on weak stuff.
well, I just did a CA Efflux with berserk and nat. mediation, I had TP, and Thrashing assault did 10k damage to a bedraggled lucerewe in drifts. I also noticed sudden lunge's damage going up from having buffs, like over 300-400 depending on attack buffs.

Now that's what I am talking about lol...
Got the new sword earlier, curious about what sort of augments it would take to beat Bura/Anahera on higher end targets (I don't have a Delve2 Sword atm nor am I sure if I should make one), or Bura/Xiuleato on low iLevel, or Xiutleato/Tamaxchi on non-iLevel mobs. (what I currently use)
Also I've noticed an improvement on Harder targets on Blue Magic (because of the attack changes) but I'm not sure how much that affects how much I should cast them, seems to make at least CA+Efflux skillchains worth using, but, is anything else? Heavy Strike? Etc?
I also look forward to seeing how this change affects my blue magic gearsets.

Luhlaza +1 body should be the top casting body now yeah?
Not sure if Enchainment merits are still worth it compared to augmented 5/5 diffusion though.

He means endcast. As for whether or not it's better- assuming blue skill still gives attack too, AF will still be superior if you don't need the accuracy. You're just losing less damage potential by making the switch than you used to. Relic should also be more worth it for some CA spells, if you still have Enchainment merits.

Actually on this subject- does anyone else have issues with FC gear not switching in for Nature's?
So according to maths, for Claidheamhm/Bura to beat Uson/Bura, you'd need 15ATT 15ACC 2DA... and the sword needs about 12 less delay.
how does it fare against Uson/Uson STR or DEX
With the augments I have above, Claid/Bura around 3.5% inferior to Uson/Bura. Uson/Uson is and never was a good choice for almost anything, but Claid/Bura is 2% inferior to UsonA/UsonB, Claid/UsonA is 2.4% inferior to UsonA/UsonB, and Claid/UsonB is 3.4% inferior to UsonA/UsonB.
With max haste/att buffs (Haste, 2x March, capped attack and accuracy on Kamihr Raaz) and a Claid with 15Attack, 15Accuracy, and 2DA, Claid/Bura is 2.9% inferior to UsonA/Bura. If you swap the DA for 5StoreTP(if it even goes that high), Claid/Bura is 1.8% inferior to UsonA/Bura.

so it's basically never the best main or offhand even with augments we don't know it can get.
Att, Acc, DA to those values it can get, STP maximum is unknown. It needs lower delay though, hopefully there's a +1 version in the future
it has higher mdmg than any other club blu can wear in addition to an extremely high D. but again, massive delay... 352delay is close to a 2h.

yes, it only becomes useless if you cap delay reduction which you aren't doing without the belt or earring set, and earring set isn't as much of a gain.

Pretty sure it's Path A, correct me if i'm wrong. Definitely not path C as that's the PDT- one
