Seriously, though, Happy Mother's Day. Being almost 30 and kidless, I have to say I really envy you mommies out there.

They have Father's Day and Grandparent's Day.
There's no Aunt & Uncle days though, LOL. That would get out of hand. Most people only have 1 or 2 sets of parents (divorces remarries) and 2 sets of grandparents. But aunts and uncles? That can be ALOT of people real quick. Depending whether or not your Grandmothers were hoochie baby factory honkies.

My friend raises her nieces because their mom (her sister, obviously) has died in a car accident. Was just a general "Happy Day" to everyone, since not everyone who 'raises' a child is actually their 'mom.' :)

In my opinion, being a mother is a state of mind more so than a biological status. You don't need to give birth or even be female to have "motherly" instincts. I guess it all comes down to what you feel responsible for and in what way you do.
Happy Mothers day to all the FFXI milfs out there! WOOT keep on truckin! I got a little one myself, (2 years old) and I'm looking forward to Fathers day.

I'm pretty sure mother's day would apply here and as a day for reflecting and remembering mommy. That's a pretty wonderful thing to do for her sister and I'm sure her sister wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
If she browsed these forums I'd wish a very special happy mother's day for her.
But yeah, as far as Father's Day and Grandparents Day we have those. However, grandmothers and grandfathers should also get appreciated on mother's day and father's day because after all, they are mothers and fathers, of course!

WOOT remember me for birthdays too. I take noodz 4 da ladies XD XD jk (not really) but anyways I hope everyone of your ladies gets the respect and admiration you deserve your job is not easy what so ever. From the total lack of sleep when they are infants, to the most rediculous things they do, to the moments when they hurt themselves and all they need is mom to hold them. KUDOS and CONGRATS to every good mother out there. The rest of you cracked out druggy moms can go hand your children to a relative now plz.

I wish my son's mom would play this game, so I could just buy her a nobles tunic or vermy or some ***. I have no idea what to get her in RL except some flowers and a well thought out card and she likes it when I make an I.O.U. for one day for one thing no matter what she wants, redemeable till next Momma DAY. Usually she makes me take her to a day spa and I watch my son lol.

Umm shouldn't you moms be taking care of some kids vice playin this game? LOL that reminds me when I was stationed in Bangor washington this chick freakin let her infant die and the 3 year old fend for its self while she played FFXI. It was a sad day. When her hubby got home she told him the kid was in a box on the porch...they made love and went to Mickey D's. He didnt report it to his command till the next day.
