So have the new Besieged items have completely replaced the old ones, or can the lower-level versions still drop from the NMs?

I distinctly remember seeing high skillups like that doing clothcraft as a scrub in like 2007. I don't think it's new, but I'm also not sure exactly what level they stop being possible or the conditions needed.

(Not surprised, it's way more of a pain to gather than it's worth IMO - you don't run full logging all the time, I assume, because you'd run out of hard drive space from raw text files!)
I always run full text logging, but I purge it every so often and that was a good few years back so I don't even remember what machine/VM it would've been on on the off chance it's still around.
I meant to do analytics on it at some point, but kinda lost interest with all the trove changes. Good chance any statistics derived from it would no longer be accurate post-rainbow anyway.

Someone in LS said to me level 13 is "always assumed" since it is released. So after camping Gurfurlur the other day last week, it was stuck at Lv12 Preparing and wouldn't move to 13. I also initially thought the same thing. I waited for the army to hit Lv13 by checking the status constantly, and upon doing so the army immediately started advancing and the NM disappeared. So I figured that must not be the condition and just started killing, and got the drops after a few kills each.
Well, I claimed Gulool Ja Ja before 13 hit and he did not run away to join the Besieged army, so I had the idea that you needed to have him claimed before the changeover. He also didn't drop anything. Then a LS member ran up on a random day and killed it and got the drop. So not only was I incorrect, I wasted time running out there during Besieged. Derp.
