Upheaval. Almost anything worth meleeing on ninja (such as dynamis), DNC can do better or you're in abyssea.
any idea of a good place to farm wyvern skin ? after i hibernate gonna se if i can knock out 11 levels of leather

There are wyverns in Abyssea - Konschat that are pretty weak and hardly ever anyone there. Just keep your eye on Balaur.
ty too tired to do my own thinking atm dualboxing smithing and leather for 13 hours now
I know it's arguable and objectionable, but what are the 'best' emps? Was thinking Vere, Ukon, and Kannagi? Shoha seems to have made Masa not obsolete, but not required to pump out beast damage. Maybe Armageddon?

I'm not sure there's going to be a qualification that warrants the question to begin with but you may as well be clear.

That's hard to really say without knowing what all is available for you job/ws-wise.
Don't worry about what jobs are available. I just mean the weapons with the highest dmg WSs that go with jobs that can crank out the highest dps, assuming geared correctly.
Still poorly defined. Buffs, target? If you're just looking for highest DPS, why not also consider relics?

General buffs in a whm, blm, tank, dd type situation against low/mid range VW and/or higher end abyssea NMs that aren't strong/weak to your weapon type. Better?

Not looking at building them really, just curious. Was talking about it in LS today.
What would be a good shield to use for a tefnut WHM up until they can get Genbu/augmented?

Poking my head back in here! I wanna thank RQT for the help earlier.
My kill speed is sorta slow for the Trials making STR/STR Thokcha because I am afraid of leveling past 80 in fear of not being able to utilize the camps I've found via Google. It's becoming more frustrating logging in and maybe getting about 15-20 kills in the time of one Firesday.
My question: despite that leveling past 80 will open up more gear choices and stats, will I be totally SOL if I attempt to do these at later levels because I am out of range of a certain Trial mob due to a lack of camps?

If it's ep at 75 it will be ep at 99 so you'll be fine if you lvl up. ^^
Doubt it most mobs that are EP~ still are EP~ at 99, when all else fails abyssea it.
Anything easy prey at 75 is easy prey at 99.
