Hmm, can't understand it so will try later.
Tried //alias commands and inside the console but nothing. Has anyone ever tested Blinding Fulgor and Retinal Glare for enmity generation? They both have Flash as an additional effect, and I know Actinic Burst (which also has the same effect) has been tested to generate almost as much enmity as Flash itself.
They do seem to generate more than normal, and I like having one or both equipped for their traits. I'm just curious how well they function for tanking. Offline

NVM, realised I just have to use caps so had to use //config FrameRateDivisor where //config frameratedivisor does not work. Ragnarok.Martel

Formulas are on the BGwiki page RUN main and 3 runes, using an R15 Epeolatry(344 dmg, 489 delay), I was getting 47~51 Rune en-dmg. With only two runes, Like you'd have /RUN, dmg dropped to 33~39 per hit. On the bright side, the damage isn't affected by much of anything, so you wouldn't need to try and scrape together an enhancing magic set on a weird jobs. But at the same time, you can't really boost it much. Pretty sure runes have a resist check like virtually any other form of magic damage, but I pay so little attention to Rune damage I can't cite anything in detail. Decided to mess with /rdm as well. DRG99/RDM55(ML31). 257 skill(187 skill w/merits then +70 in gear) was getting a 34 dmg en effect. So you need master levels, merits, and a ton of enhancing + gear to get in the same range as two rune en-dmg. Mind, that's Rune en-damage with one of the higher dmg greatswords in the game. Both of these are pretty trivial in value as damage, so I wouldn't really recommend either unless you specifically need even small amounts of magic damage to trigger or proc something. Offline

If you intend to manually change the fps with any frequency I'd suggest making aliases for what you use. FrameRateDivisor is quite a bit to type.. and I seem to recall it even being case sensitive. Here are my fps aliases Code alias 60fps config FrameRateDivisor 1 alias 30fps config FrameRateDivisor 2 alias 00fps config FrameRateDivisor 0 alias 10fps config FrameRateDivisor 6 What's some of the fastest ways/places to earn merits for Potpourri and what not?

Find spots of dense mobs that aggro and pull as many as you can. Carcharian Verve is really good or get a good EVA (or SIRD) set. Very server dependent but I find the dragon/puk camp in Escha - Zitah to be very good. It is 75 merits every 2~4 pulls and respawn is extremely fast. With good gear, Reisenjima also has some good spots. Asura.Vyre said: » What's some of the fastest ways/places to earn merits for Potpourri and what not? Why do you need them? Offline
I need to RP Mboze V25, luckily have two chars that both need it.
What is more likely to be a good choice to get it to 94% without dying; BRD and SAM and trying to face smash it with 4 step sc or BRD and WAR or DRK using subtle blow gear? Offline
BRD SAM: Used canonpierce and wiped all in 2 seconds. GG Mboze.
Hit it with 1 ws and 2 melee hits, no way it got 1000 TP. The ***? Offline

I didn't use CC or HM though, might be why damage was worse than I expected too. You forget how slow TPing is without SAM roll also...
Ragnarok.Martel said: » The 10fps one is for reducing the game's resource usage while I have it minimized. Not aimed at you specifically but just a general tip: if you have an nvidia GPU you can set a maximum background framerate for all apps. Will limit FPS whenever that window isn't in focus. Not sure if AMD has the same thing or not, they probably do. Online
Note that a deliberately under 30 FPS will slow down animations in game, including cutscenes. Relevant if you, eg, do missions on multiple characters at once.

SCH+WAR, WAR does Tomahawk so that magic can damage it, then SCH does Frag and bursts Anemohelix II before it kills you both. From what I remember doing Ongo RP, any helix above about 6k should be enough to do it. SMN+RUN, SMN alternates between Predator Claws and Mewing Lullaby (and using Siren to silence/elegy it as necessary). RUN tanks spamming Stoneskin to minimize TP gain, and does a Dimidiation every 2nd or 3rd Pred Claws to break the wall. This takes almost the entire time available and is really annoying to do. As far as Omen bosses go, what's a good way to knock out Kin?
I always used pet jobs.
SMN in particular is really easy to spike hate then dismiss pet to erase it. Only need to make sure the tank can hold it while pets are being called/dismissed Lakshmi.Buukki

Use Monbereux trust; he's a paladin and has access to cover, and it will deactivate Target if you position yourself behind him and Kin. Also if it's an alter ego campaign, trusts are less likely to die |
