Anyone doing the Glittering Gals quest plant your fruit seeds, fertilize with Sunsand, and not get the quest item? Cuz I just had it happen to me... wondering if I did something wrong.
Nope. It is the Tropical Cactus. But, you can plant Revival Roots and harvest them with the Valkurm Sand Fertilizer and get the Cactus.
Be sure to put the Qiqirn and the Mithra kid to harvest crops.

I did the Brunello-1 quest ( 30 coins of glory, 100 devious die/liminous thingy ) to get "Chant du Cygne" but the ??? @ Vertical Conflux ( i entered at Xarcabard (S) @ H-9 after getting the Kupofried's cutscene iirc ) won't trigger the text/cutscene.
Did i miss something ?
Because i found contradictory informations about having to kill VW NM from all tiers but it seems some people didn't and somehow got the WS...

This may sound like a silly answer, but are you sure you're clicking the right ??? in the WoE? There are a couple different ones for different quests and missions.
For your first one you have to have your weapon equipped I believe.
Well, i already equipped it, and i'm clicking the North ??? after entering the Vertical Conflux @ Xarcabard (S) so i really don't know... ( well there is only one anyway @ this entrance )
Have you cleared the required Voidwatch NMs? You have to clear all 3 main city paths.

You have to complete all the VNM main city lines to be able to unlock those weapon skills (i.e. all NMs up to and including Celaeno, Hahava, and Voidwrought). I beat them all easily on THF/DNC with i119 AF1-3 and Alluvion Skirmish gear + 5 trusts. The only one I had any trouble with was Lord Asag because of charm, but I just let my trusts beat him up and it was okay.
You could probably do it all within a day even if you haven't beaten any yet; or if you have other things to do, a couple of days.

Pretty sure it's when he uses Meikyo, as a closing SC. The AoE damage is from the SC he creates.
Is it possible to add a character to Guildwork if the LS community website is gone? I tried adding my character with a Linkshell I made, but it just says "Guildwork's scraper may be down or FINAL FANTASY XI Linkshell Community might be inaccessible. Please try again." and I figure that's because the LS community site has been taken down.

Depends on your jobs. Hands and legs are excellent for BRD songs. Hands in particular are incredible for enfeebles. Body is an amazing fast cast piece for every job. Head is great for regen. The feet are the only sub-par piece, but they're still good for magic defense/evasion.

I recall there being a plugin a couple years ago that showed the exact level of an enemy when you /checked them, as well as showing the NQ/HQ results of crafts from the moment you begin the craft. Whatever happened to this plugin/am I imagining things? :o
