Ugh is there a better way to catch a Norg Shell? Been at this for an hour with Lu Shang's and little worms getting mostly "You didn't catch anything"
I just use whatever rod (I keep composite rod in mog safe) and a fly lure, that seems to get them no problem.
2 Questions;
1) Any other way to get "Maple Syrup" , waiting for Sand'Orian to become Conquest #1 or #2 is a pain.
2) What is the new Mage earring(nuking earring) that came out before the last update? The one you get after completing a certain quest in Adoulin?

Lightning crystal + maple log, with 20 woodworking skill. That seems to be the only other major option.

As someone who hasn't really touched Escha, how does the popping system work? I specifically want to pop "Nosoi" the T2 Tulfaire but don't have the ability to get the KI, what do I need to kill to get this ability?
Gotta kill some T1 NMs to unlock the T2 pops. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you need to have beaten Vidala (tiger) and Gestalt (hectyes). After killing some T1 NMs, you can check with Affi which Grisly Trinkets you can purchase and the list will have new dudes.
I've beaten Vidala and Gestalt and do not have access to Nosoi's Feather.
You need to beat all the T1 to unlock T2, then all the T2 to unlock T3. You have to trade items depending on the tier and sometimes NM. The NPC tell you what item he will take.
That's what I figured at first but I've only fought four or so of the T1s and have the ability to buy multiple T2 KIs, just not that specific one. For instance I can buy the KI to pop Umdhilbi and Kamohaolii but not the one to pop Nosoi or Britillis.

I'm collecting them all regardless, I have a spreadsheet list, collecting them all on 3 characters is a pain.
Hey guys, I'm re-doing the mini-expansions atm so my mule can get vorseals and while I'm at it, I'm re-obtaining the gear rewards and getting augments that are still useful by today's standards, even if I don't happen to use the job that would benefit from the augments at the moment.
So far:
1) I kept my Nuevo Coselete with Fast Cast and Enmity
2) I changed to an Anwig Salade with Pet: DT -10% and Pet: Regen +1.
3) I'm debating ASA legs atm but I'm thinking Desultor Tassets with Sic/Ready time -5 and Barrage +1, would cover two useful augments for 2 jobs.
Would the legs choice be viable? Are my other 2 choices sensible?

Regarding the new Escha sky gear. Is there a list of what drops and where? Similar to the one we had earlier put up on Escha Zitah zone?

Other than that you have to click yourself through the NMs on the bgwiki Escha page since the Reward page isnt updated yet.
So Running Arrapago Remnants II this morning like always. Ive done this zone feels like 1000's of times. I finish blu aoe'n down the gears for alex on the fifth floor, you know the 4 ramparts in the corner that spawn triple gears. I then zone up to... 7th floor. WTF? and NQ Khim is here of course. Has this ever happen to anyone else? Years of doing salvage I've never ran across this problem.

Yes I'm not crazy either. I checked 10 times im not losing my mind I have screenshots of killing triple gears. Warping up to ... 7th floor
